EXECUTIVE PARTNERSHIP & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

An experienced partner for the work around executive decisions.

I work directly with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders to organize executive priorities, prepare information for decisions, coordinate the people involved, and keep agreed work moving forward.

From managing competing requests to improving team handoffs and recurring workflows, I bring structure to the day-to-day work that supports effective leadership.

AREAS OF CONTRIBUTION

Where I add value.

Clear priorities, coordinated work, and practical support for the people responsible for delivery.

01

Executive priorities and communication

Organize executive schedules, correspondence, stakeholder requests, meeting preparation, and time-sensitive commitments. Clarify competing priorities and make sure important decisions have the information they need.

Business operations and process clarity

Improve recurring workflows, documentation, communication routines, and operational coordination so agreed work is easier to manage and follow through.

02

Cross-functional coordination

Coordinate people and teams responsible for carrying out executive decisions. Track commitments, clarify ownership, manage handoffs, and flag issues requiring leadership attention.

Team leadership and enablement

Bring experience hiring, training, and managing remote teams, developing onboarding resources, and establishing clearer expectations for consistent delivery.

EXPERIENCE & PERSPECTIVE

Experience behind the work.

Long-term executive partnership. Since 2021, I have supported the founder of an established media and education business, coordinating executive priorities, guest and stakeholder communication, recurring workflows, and specialist handoffs. As responsibilities became clearer, the team developed a more workable division of responsibilities.

Repeated executive trust across three businesses. I worked directly with a senior business development executive at one e-commerce company for nearly six years. During his month-long absence, I maintained day-to-day divisional coordination and escalated significant decisions appropriately. The same executive later engaged me at two separate businesses. In one, I directly hired, trained, and managed 35 remote customer service team members. In another, I recruited and directly managed four marketing specialists covering social media, paid advertising, automation, and email marketing.

Learning and development leadership. As Head of Learning & Development for a remote service organization in 2025, I led onboarding and enablement initiatives, developed structured learning resources, and collaborated with leaders on operational priorities.

These examples describe my own contributions without claiming that I independently produced every company-level result.

Featured case study
Executive partnership & business operations

From reactive requests to reliable execution.

Executive support and business operations since 2021 for a global podcast and education brand.

The challenge

Unclear requests, shifting priorities, and “ASAP” deadlines created unnecessary urgency. Executive support had also expanded into ongoing specialist work, creating competing responsibilities.

My contribution

I clarified deadlines and priorities, agreed responsibilities, and recommended specialist ownership. I also streamlined recurring documentation and workflows while coordinating executive priorities, communications, projects, and handoffs.

What changed

Clearer documentation and recurring workflows helped shorten turnaround and reduce the founder’s day-to-day involvement. Dedicated specialists took ownership of social media and video production, giving executive coordination more focus.

This was a broader team effort. My contribution was identifying coordination problems, recommending clearer responsibilities, and supporting the transition.

The lesson

Clear priorities and direct communication help the right people take responsibility for the right work.

Discuss an Executive Role

Teams, systems & operational improvements

What I built.
What it helped change.

Selected contributions across customer support team management, training, commercial coordination, and marketing leadership.

01 · CUSTOMER OPERATIONS · 2020–2021

Building a 35-person remote support team

I personally recruited, onboarded, trained, and directly managed 35 remote customer-service employees for an e-commerce business, supporting customer operations across major online marketplaces.

I established support workflows, working standards, and performance reporting so the team had a consistent way to manage customer inquiries and day-to-day delivery.

The contribution

35 direct reports · 47,000+ team tasks · 41,000+ customer emails and marketplace messages.

I helped support the operations behind $12M+ in company revenue and the company’s first $700,000 marketplace sales day.

Historical figures recorded in my résumé for the 2020–2021 engagement; revenue was reported year-to-date. Sales reflect company results supported by the wider team.

02 · LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT · 2025

Building learning systems for a distributed team

As Head of Learning & Development for a distributed service business in 2025, I designed and implemented programs covering onboarding, role readiness, and leadership development.

The work included structured learning paths, online course materials, a five-day Sales Enablement Specialist onboarding structure, role-based activities, simulations, and assessments. I worked with leaders to address gaps between training, documented processes, and daily execution.

What improved

Clearer ownership, documentation, and learning resources helped teams work more consistently, with less day-to-day dependence on founders and managers.

03 · COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

Trusted across three separate businesses

I supported the same senior executive across three separate e-commerce businesses. My work in the first business (2013–2019) spanned dealer and vendor onboarding, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, process documentation, and customer and dealer communication.

During the executive’s month-long absence, I maintained day-to-day divisional coordination and escalated significant decisions to another executive.

The continuity

Operations continued through the absence, with a clear route for decisions. The same executive later engaged me in two other businesses, where I took on customer-service and marketing-team leadership.

04 · MARKETING TEAM LEADERSHIP

Recruiting and leading four marketing specialists

I recruited and directly managed four specialists covering social media, paid advertising, automation/chatbots, and email marketing.

I coordinated responsibilities, workflows, and communication across these functions so specialist work could move forward together.

What I built

A multidisciplinary marketing team with defined specialist responsibilities and direct management across several connected areas of marketing.

Hiring & people operations

Nine recruits.
Four specialist role types.

Finding the people the business needed

I recruited five bookkeepers, two website support specialists, one paid-advertising specialist, and one executive assistant.

The hires covered accounting support, website services, marketing, and executive assistance.

Support beyond recruitment

I also supported performance conversations, staff transitions, invoicing, and process improvements, continuing to help with the people and operational work after recruitment.

The contribution

Nine recruits across four role types, supported by continuing people and operations coordination.

Program building & coaching

From curriculum to ongoing support.

I founded and led a one-year LinkedIn coaching program for founders and freelancers. Across three batches and 21 students, I taught personal branding, credibility building, and client acquisition through LinkedIn.

I designed the curriculum and combined weekly group sessions with individual coaching.

Participant wins

Freelancers who joined my program or worked with me in 1:1 LinkedIn coaching went on to win projects valued at $1,000–$7,000.

I tracked progress and followed up when participants fell behind, providing support beyond the sessions.

LinkedIn client acquisition & visibility

From connection to commercial opportunity.

Three high-ticket clients for an agency

Through my consultancy, I provided prospect research, lead sourcing, and personalized messaging that helped a digital marketing agency CEO close three high-ticket clients. Outreach messaging handled on her behalf contributed to actual service sales valued at $4,000–$15,000.

A historical LinkedIn lead-generation engagement, separate from my current Fractional CRO offers.

A LinkedIn audience of 12,000+

I grew my personal LinkedIn audience to 12,000+ followers, turning regular posts and direct conversations into incoming leads and referrals.

I also helped an executive coach and keynote speaker secure a magazine cover feature.

Audience milestone documented in my résumé; follower counts change over time.

Approximately 100,000+ prospects researched

As a LinkedIn lead-generation specialist, I prospected approximately 100,000+ leads in total for a client’s speaking engagements, event sales, and coaching program.

This is the approximate volume prospected across the engagement, rather than a count of introductions, replies, or sales.

Earlier career & recognition

A foundation in service, consistency, and trust.

My earlier customer operations experience spans banking, financial services, technology support, and outsourced customer service.

The common thread

Clear responsibilities make better execution possible.

People work more effectively when they understand what’s expected, what matters most, and when a decision needs to be made.

I value direct communication, practical systems, clear ownership, and the willingness to address problems before they become recurring issues.

Next steps

Looking for experience and follow-through?

Whether you need senior executive partnership or are exploring a separate revenue leadership engagement, the next step is a conversation about your business needs.

METHODOLOGY & CADENCE

How I work with an executive.

Good execution starts with a shared understanding of the work. I use a practical rhythm to clarify priorities, coordinate people, and keep next steps visible.

01

Clarify

Confirm the intended outcome, actual deadline, decision owner, and priority.

02

Align

Agree on scope, responsibilities, stakeholders, and tradeoffs.

03

Execute

Coordinate next steps, keep progress visible, and surface issues early.

Improve

Document what works and recommend practical changes where recurring problems appear.

WORKING TOGETHER

The right partnership starts with clear boundaries.

I can bring structure to evolving plans, but I do not treat executive partnership as unlimited ownership of every specialist function. Dedicated social media management, full video production, sales execution, department leadership, or around-the-clock availability should be scoped independently when required.

I am open to senior, internationally remote executive partnership and business operations roles, subject to role scope, decision rights, location eligibility, and mutual fit.

NEXT STEPS

Let’s discuss what you need.

If you’re looking for an experienced executive partner who can organize priorities, coordinate teams, and keep important work moving, I’d welcome a conversation about your needs, expectations, and working arrangement.
