FRACTIONAL CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Your pipeline has opportunities. Where are they getting stuck?

Your business is getting attention, referrals, inquiries, or sales conversations. But somewhere between that interest and a signed agreement, opportunities are losing momentum.

I work with founder-led B2B service businesses to identify where that movement breaks down, address the underlying problems, and establish clearer ownership across the revenue process.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Build on the opportunities you already have.

For founder-led B2B service businesses with an established offer, existing sales activity, and a revenue process worth examining.

01

An established offer.

Your offer has already generated paying clients. LinkedIn, referrals, or outreach are bringing conversations into your business.

Recent opportunities to review

You have inquiries, sales conversations, or proposals that show where progress is slowing down.

02

A willingness to act.

You’re willing to share relevant business information and act on the findings.

Clarity before more activity

The starting point is understanding what happens to opportunities you already have. Beginner LinkedIn training and lead generation are outside this work.

THE REVENUE PATH

Where opportunities lose momentum.

Conversations without clear next steps. A prospect shows interest or requests information, but nobody clearly owns what happens next.

Follow-ups that depend on memory. Good conversations go quiet because responsibilities and timing are inconsistent.

Proposals that stop moving. The proposal is sent, but the next decision, follow-up, or approval is unclear.

Sales and marketing working separately. Messaging attracts attention while qualification, sales conversations, and delivery expectations drift apart.

Too many decisions waiting for the founder. Routine work slows down because the team is unclear about decision rights.

The goal is to identify which problems are actually affecting your business and choose the appropriate work.

ENGAGEMENTS

Three ways we can work together.

Start with evidence. Implement the agreed fixes where needed. Continue with revenue leadership when the business needs ongoing direction and accountability.

01

Revenue Leak Audit

Find where opportunities are losing momentum. We review your last 20 leads or inquiries, live sales conversations, offer clarity, delivery economics, revenue continuity, and founder calendar.

You receive written findings, three priority fixes, responsible owners, and a practical action sequence. The full audit also includes a 90-day operating plan. We review the findings together during a handover call. Implementation is separate.

02

30-Day Revenue Conversion Sprint

A separate implementation engagement to build and test the audit’s three agreed priority fixes. The scope may cover qualification, follow-up, pipeline stages, handoffs, decision responsibilities, or tracking routines, depending on the findings.

The engagement includes the agreed work, supporting process documents, and a handover so your team can use what has been built.

03

Fractional Chief Revenue Officer

Ongoing revenue leadership: set priorities, align sales and marketing, review pipeline movement, clarify decision authority, and maintain reporting and accountability.

Responsibilities, decision rights, and execution ownership are agreed around your business and existing team before work begins.

AFTER THE AUDIT

Choose the next step from the findings.

Implement with your team. Use the written findings and action sequence.

Build the three fixes together. Discuss a separately scoped Sprint for implementation support.

Continue with Fractional CRO leadership. Add ongoing direction and accountability when needed.

The Sprint is optional before a Fractional CRO engagement. Each engagement has its own scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms.

What this work requires

We review real opportunities, sales conversations, offers, follow-up, and operating responsibilities. Before implementation or ongoing leadership, we agree on decision authority, execution owners, and what completion means.

Content creation, outbound sales execution, bulk lead research, and unrelated departmental work are outside the default scope. Specific sales or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

NEXT STEPS

Let’s find where the revenue path is breaking.

If your business has an established offer, active conversations, and opportunities that aren’t consistently moving forward, the Revenue Leak Audit may be an appropriate place to begin.

A short qualification process comes first. If there’s a fit, I’ll share the scope and investment details privately.
