ABOUT JANELLYN

Strategic thinking. Practical follow-through.

I'm Jan, a Strategic Executive & Business Operations Partner.

I bring over two decades of combined experience across customer service, executive support, team leadership, and business operations. I help founders and teams connect their priorities with the people, decisions, and follow-through needed to move work forward.

PERSPECTIVE & EXECUTION

Experience that connects the work.

After earning my Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, I started as a customer service representative in the BPO industry. Working directly with customers taught me to listen closely, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for follow-through.

That foundation still shapes how I support founders and teams today. I look at the people, priorities, and handoffs behind the work to understand what needs a decision, where ownership is unclear, and what will help the team move forward.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Two ways to work together.

Two distinct ways to work together, each with its own scope and responsibilities.

01

Executive Partnership & Business Operations

For founders, CEOs, and leadership teams that value an experienced partner to organize executive priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, prepare context for decisions, and keep commitments moving.

02

Fractional CRO & Revenue Leadership

For established businesses that need to understand where their revenue process is losing momentum and align marketing, sales, and execution around a workable plan. Engagement scope is defined separately from executive support.

METHODOLOGY & CADENCE

How I work.

Good execution starts with a shared understanding of the work. I use a practical rhythm to clarify priorities, coordinate people, and keep next steps visible.

01

Clarify

Confirm the intended outcome, actual deadline, decision owner, and priority.

02

Align

Agree on scope, responsibilities, stakeholders, and tradeoffs.

03

Execute

Coordinate next steps, keep progress visible, and surface issues early.

Improve

Document what works and recommend practical changes where recurring problems appear.

WORKING TOGETHER

What makes a good partnership.

Clear priorities. An effective partnership means agreeing on outcomes, owners, timelines, and priorities, then making sure the right work moves forward.

Open communication. I am comfortable with new ideas and changing business needs. I work best when changes are discussed, prioritized, and translated into clear next steps.

Defined responsibilities. I can bring structure to evolving plans, but I do not treat executive partnership as unlimited ownership of every specialist function. Scope, decision rights, and specialist responsibilities need to be clear.

Outside work

At home, they’re in charge.

I'm a fur mom to four: Raya the JackTzu, Malcolm the Bichon, Cookie the Tabby Cat, and Oreo the Tuxedo Cat who run the house. Away from work, I appreciate life's small joys, good conversations, and time at home with them.

NEXT STEPS

Let’s discuss what you need.

If you are looking for a senior partner who can organize executive priorities, coordinate teams, and help decisions turn into consistent follow-through, I would welcome a conversation about the role, expectations, and working arrangement.
